At the end of the CPE activity the Pharmacists and Pharmacist Technicians will be able to:

• Describe the elements of a quality culture and how it applies to the different areas of pharmacy practice.
• Define the layers of culture and their influence in the behavior of individuals in the organization.
• Recognize how an objective/ goal approach is critical to identify misalignment between current bussiness strategy and the organizational culture that affect pharmacy service expansion results.
• Discuss a pharmacy-specific performance scorecard program that promotes a positive atmosphere in which decisions drive measurable improvements in pharmacist engagement, employee motivation, and operational efficiency.
