To help your patients receive brand-name DILANTIN and help prevent generic substitution at the pharmacy:

•	Indicate on your prescriptions "No Substitutions," "Dispense As Written (DAW)," or "Brand Medically Necessary," depending on your state’s requirement
•	Remind patients to activate their DILANTIN Savings Card before filling their prescription
